When it comes to honesty, quite a lot of people believe it is essential to a person’s character and success. They base their idea on the following reasons: on one hand, successful business owes much to mutual trust; But some people think differently. They believe honesty is becoming out of date. Their reasons run as following: to begin with, cheating on exams is becoming more and more popular; in addition, some singers and movie stars cheat on taxes; last, if you are not careful enough, you’ll buy some defective goods and fake products.
It is high time we emphasized and encouraged honesty. We can take effective measures to restore it. For example, kids should be taught to tell truth, rules should be carried out to stop cheatings on exams and taxes, etc.

Rabbits
There is no world for escapists.
If the wolves attack you,we will come to your aid all probability.
So the rabbits continued to live near the wolves.
One day them was a terrible flood which drowned a great many wolves.
This was blamed on the rabbits,for it is well known that carrot-nibblers with long ear cause floods.
The wolves descended on the rabbits,for their own good,and imprisoned them in a dark cave,for their own protection.
When nothing was heard about the rabbits for some weeks,the other animals demands to know what had happened to them.
The wolves replied that the rabbits had been eaten and since they had been eaten the affair was a purely internal matter.
But the other animals warned that they might possibly unite against the wolves unless some reason was given for the destruction of the rabbits.
So the wolves gave them one.
"They were trying to escape,"sad the wolves,"and,as you know,there is no world for escapists."

Nearby holiday is coming soon
As the winter vacation is drawing near, I have no plan about my vacation. but I am going to do a lot of meaningful things in the one month holiday. The most important thing is that I want to sign up for New Concept English to improve my English. Because i must to pass my courses in the following semester, it is a good way to improve my poor writhing skills. F**k the day off. In another way, I need to save money, cause I spend lot of money on my tuition fee, so I did not dicide to playing outside or some out going schedules. it would be much better to stay at home, for I can do what I like, such as reading books, watching TV, and taling my parents in the phone. I hate cold, eventhough I was born in winter. just like I dont like summer. but in vancouver there is fun, not too much cold but a few hot. My brithday is coming soon, but in the next semester with the busy life and study.so I also did not dicide to make a brithday party or sth. I had dicide to do a lot of things in those days, but dream is over. It is just a punishment for the failling semester's. I must to pay more attention on what did I do and what am I do. Hope everthing is getting better, and everyone is fun.

They are Beijing, Dalian and HuHehot.
I went to Beijing more than eight times.
Beijing is the capital of China.It’s a urban city.
I am very familiar with Beijing,cause I had study here and my sisiter is working here.
It takes three hours frome my family to bejing. There are many tall buildings in Beijing.
It’s a modern city.My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc.
I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing.
It was very interesting.
I went shopping in WangFuJing.
I bought lots of souvenirs and other things.
I like eating Beijing snacks.
They are delicious.
Don’t miss Beijing Duck.
It is really nice.
Dalian is a beautiful city.
Dalian is close to Beijing.
I spent 5o minutes on the plane.
Dalian is near the sea.
I smelled the salt in the air.
The roads are clean.
There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads.
There are many esplanades and Japanese buildings.
There are some fountains in one of the esplanades.
Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades.
We went to see the beach and the sea.
The sea is blue.
There were many swimmers in the sea.
I lay on the beach to see the sky.
Dalian is a very nice place to live in.
Huhehot is in Inner Mongol.
There are lots of large grasslands.
The grasslands are endless.
The sky is bright blue.
There were a lot of horses and sheep.
They were running or eating grass.
I rode a horse on the grassland.
I picked some colourful flowers.
We drank tea with milk.
There is a small desert, it was very hot when I walked on it.
The sand could sing.
These trips helped me open my eyes.

stress in life
As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everydays life, and there is no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are always feeling rapidly from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down. Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.
Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is important to provide powers and give purposes to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one's mental decline and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.
Personally, I＇m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health .

As a person who hates shopping more than almost anything else in the world (yes, this species of female exists), I try not to force myself to shop until I really have to.when I catching a special day and festival that I have no choice at this time and all this stuff in my arms is not for me.
Especially for Christmas gifts; when to give to, whom to give to and what to give are always hard questions to answer, it is often more complicated if different cultures are involved, which is so usual in today.
In many times the gift giving in the two cultures are not simple.In China, you have to respect the social taboos, and never give, for example, a clock or an umbrella as gifts because their pronunciations are similar to the unlucky words for "dying" and "breaking up."But in CAN, you have to be careful to avoid a gift that is too expensive, but it must be necessary.
For example, The Chinese in the same situation would more likely put the gift aside and open it later when the giver has left. This is something Westerners find very difficult, since part of the joy of giving a gift in the US or Europe is to watch the reaction of the recipient.
The western people, when they receiving a gift, tend to open the box immediately in front of the giver and always look excited and deeply thankful to the giver. But this doesn't necessarily mean they like it.
